The Peace Corps empowers the disadvantaged, the Peace Corps models humility, and the Peace Corps saves humanity. Right? Wrong. Based on personal observation, I can attest that the Peace Corps disempowers the disadvantaged, the Peace Corps models arrogance, and the Peace Corps shackles humanity.

I believed the Peace Corps bettered the world. I thought the Peace Corps exemplified altruism. I even started to fill out a Peace Corps application.

When I visited Swaziland, I encountered the Peace Corps. I was having the time of my life, then the ugly Americans, the Peace Corps, barged onto the scene, disrupting and disturbing. Peace Corps Swaziland demonstrated injustice and imperialism. Because the Peace Corps disillusioned me, I must expose them.
